For athletes, the goal is to reach their fullest potential in their sport. As an athlete, the ultimate goal is to reach your fullest potential. Through sports yoga, an athlete may improve:
Private and Team sessions are available. The sessions consist of:
Yoga Poses - to increase flexibility, strength, and balance
Meditation and Visualization - to enhance awareness and focus
Breathing Techniques - to improve respiration and cardiovascular endurance
Private Sessions:
Customized to fit the individual needs of the athlete, whether it be enhancing personal performance or rehabilitation to overcome injuries.
Team Sessions:
Designed to target the specific muscle groups essential to the sport.
*Studies have shown that meditating in a group enhances both the individual and joint experience.

Feeling sluggish? Low energy? Stiff? Tired? Overworked, with no "me time?" This class is for you! Meditation in Motion is the gentle practice of meditative dance. An ancient practice that uses music and motion to pull the practioner inward and decrease the stresses of the day Meditation in Motion can be done by anyone of any age (zero dance experience required!). Participants are lead in guided free dance to beautiful music that begins and ends with gentle yogic stretching, explores a bell curve of movement and ends in quiet meditation. Since Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy, it addresses the needs of the whole person.The ability to channel Reiki is transferred by the Reiki Master to the student, through an attunement that opens and aligns the student's chakras. In this way the attunement allows the student to be an open and receptive vessel of Reiki energy to be transferred to the patient during their treatment.
Class includes: Reiki attunement, Reiki I manual, Reiki hand positions, and knowledge to do a complete treament on yourself and others.
