A Gathering for Teens and Young Adults This group will meet twice a month. We offer a safe place for young adults and teens to come together in a space of openness, non-judgment, encouragement, and peace. We honor and recognize the unique qualities of each individual as we gather together to discuss some of life’s biggest questions.
Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is an ancient practice that promotes health for the whole individual. Yoga, meaning “to join”, incorporates gentle stretches with conscious breathing and relaxation techniques to create a body-mind-spirit experience. The vast benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, strength, balance, focus and improved sense of well-being. People of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can do yoga.
Pro-rated fee if joining mid-session.Make-ups can be made within this 6-week session at any yoga class.

A soothing yoga class appropriate for all levels including beginners, which allows the breath to guide the body through a series of dynamic yoga poses intended to increase flexibility and strength in the body, bring clarity and focus to the mind, and an enhanced awareness of peace and stillness within the soul.

Provides an opportunity for expectant mothers to nurture their ever changing body through gentle stretching, deep breathing, and relaxing meditation. Prenatal yoga reduces common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, leg cramps, sciatica, and overall tension while preparing the mind, body, and spirit for the birth experience.
Please bring: Yoga mat, 2 standard size pillows, blanket and water.

discuss how to use essential oils for general health and wellness. Learn how lavender is so relaxing; why peppermint acts as a stimulant. Many other essential oils and oil blends will be presented and inhaled during this class. Come to learn and have fun!
Deb is certified as a nurse practitioner and clinical aromatherapist with a special focus in holistic health and wellness. She maintains a private practice which includes the use of essential oils for health care. Deb also provides classes on the use of aromatherapy for health and healing.
