Massage Therapy is a hands-on therapy that manipulates the body's muscular and soft tissue structure through a variety of techniques that help to increase range of motion and flexibility, reduce stress and pain, improve circulation, and support overall well-being. Your massage can be done on a table or chair.
What is Thai Massage?
Many consider Thai to be assisted yoga. The practitioner physically guides the client through a series of relaxing stretches, allowing the body to receive relaxing yogic benefits. Stretch is then combined with compression on different points of the body to facilitate the release of emotional, physical and energetic tensions.

· Brings elasticity back to our bodies that is lost to injury, age and stress.
Sports massage was originally developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.
But you don't have to be in the Olympics to benefit from sports massage. Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. Your massage will generally concentrate on a specific problem area. (Sore neck and shoulders, anyone?)
